What information do we need?
Just answer these few questions, and we will often be able to provide an estimate in one email.
How many chips are you labelling? (This determines how many labels you’ll need. Remember, one chip needs two labels!)
What chips are you planning to label? (i.e. what is the target chip)
Are you planning to remove and replace the existing inlays, or just to label over them?
What design/artwork do you want? (Is it a custom or personalized set, or are you adding onto an existing set?)
As always, a picture is worth a thousand words. We will usually ask for photos of what you are describing, to make sure we are on the same page.

Minimums
For unlaminated labels, there is no minimum quantity.
For laminated labels, the minimum order quantity is 10 labels of any one laminate type. The artwork can be different within the 10 as long as the lamination is the same.

Ordering Extras
You don’t need to order extras if you don’t want to.
We always include extra labels in case of production flaws, shipping damage, or mistakes made during application.
Feel free to order exactly how many labels you need (e.g. 200 labels for 100 chips) and we will make sure you have enough to finish the job.
Of course, if you want to make sure you have extras left over, even after every chip is labelled, you can order as many as you'd like.

Best Practices
We advise against waiting to apply vinyl labels to their target chips. There is such a thing as shrinkage with vinyl labels purchased on the secondary market. You can read more about that in our FAQ.
